At Athletes Store Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligible items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom orders, gift cards, and clearance items are not refundable.
To initiate a refund request, please contact us at info@athletestoreonline.com or +1 304-371-7778. After verifying your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return shipping instructions.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny any refund request if the returned item shows signs of use, damage beyond shipping, or missing components.
